Electronic aluminum foil is specially used for manufacturing electronic components. With the rapid development of electronic information technology, the upgrading of digital electronic products is becoming faster and faster. Aluminum Foil for Electrolytic Capacitor

 

Aluminum foil is mainly used as electrode foil in electrolytic capacitors. For the anode of an electrolytic capacitor, an electronic foil that is first etched and then anodized is also used, which can also be referred to as a formed foil. As for the cathode of an electrolytic capacitor, an electronic foil which is only subjected to an etching process and not an anodized process is used, which is also called a negative electrode foil or an etched foil. Among them, Mingtai 3003-H18 aluminum foil, 3003-O aluminum foil, and 3003-H24 aluminum foil, which are used as negative electrode foils, have multiple advantages such as good shape, no deformation during cutting, and difficult to peel off. Lithium-ion batteries are devices that convert chemical energy into electrical energy. They consist of electrolytes, insulating materials, anode materials and cathode materials. Among them, aluminum foil, as the key electronic foil on the positive electrode of the battery, plays an important role in the smooth conductivity of lithium-ion battery, reducing the contact resistance between the positive electrode/negative electrode material and the collector, and improving the overall performance. At present, electronic foil for lithium-ion battery includes 1060 aluminum foil, 1050 aluminum foil, 1145 aluminum foil, 1235 aluminum foil, etc., containing the O, H14, H24, H22 and H18 temper, commonly used thickness between 10 to 50 microns, is widely used in hybrid and electric vehicle's rechargeable battery, and used for electric power storage, wind power and solar power rechargeable batteries, etc., which well adapt to the current trend of new energy development.

 

8021 Electronic Foil for Soft-pack Battery

 

Today, the 8021 aluminum foil for soft-pack batteries has gradually replaced the traditional lithium-ion steel packaging. For the soft battery, it is made of pure aluminum foil (0.04mm thick 8021 aluminum foil), plastic film and special glue, and then is constituted of pure electronic foil (0.012 - - 0.016mm thick 1235 aluminum foil / 1060 aluminum foil / 1070 aluminum foil) coated with lithium iron phosphate and lithium manganese acid three materials, its safety is far safer than traditional lithium battery. Therefore, soft-clad batteries made of 8021 electronic aluminum foil are widely used in power batteries, energy storage batteries, etc., most commonly used in batteries of 3C electronic components.
